Magali Tauzin.

Senior HR consultant for SMEs. Based in France. French and English.

Twelve years inside HR teams of fast growing companies. Started Maggy HR Solutions in 2024 to bring that experience to founders who do not have a department of their own.

I learned the job inside operations, not from a textbook. I have built first contracts for two-person startups, handed difficult exits in 150-person SMEs, and run payroll integrations for groups crossing borders.

I take engagements one at a time. I prefer twelve clients I know by name to fifty I see once a quarter.

I work remotely with European SMEs, in person when the project calls for it. Every engagement starts with a free thirty minute call to check if the fit is right.
